During washing, the bottles move freely among the clothes, acting like separators. Instead of fabrics clumping and twisting together, the bottles create space between items. This changes the way clothes move inside the drum, reducing tangling.
Laundry experts note that the bottles also help improve water circulation inside the drum, allowing detergent and water to reach fabric surfaces more evenly, which aids in better cleaning.
